My Master Coupon Microsoft Excel List

My method for couponing is keeping a master binder, and a master coupon list. They mirror one another. I update them both weekly. My master list is an Excel file that I organize the same as my coupon binder. I have over 40 worksheets. Below are examples of what each worksheet looks like.

Its important to include plenty of details. To also include a specific store if the coupon is an instore one. And once a week I go through and I highlite any coupons that are about to expire. If I can't use them towards a good deal before they expire, I can go into my list, find the highlighted items and delete them.

Quantity is important, but its hardest to keep up with. I always double check my quantity in my actual binder if a good deal comes along. That way I know exactly how many I have towards a good deal, and if I need to get more.
